Capital Theatre Terms and Conditions
- General Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, attending a performance, or otherwise interacting with Capital Theatre (hereafter referred to as “the Theatre”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. - Ticket Purchases and Refunds
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the performance is cancelled or rescheduled by the Theatre.
- In the event of a cancelled or rescheduled performance, the Theatre will provide ticket holders with instructions on how to exchange tickets.
- Lost or stolen tickets will not be reissued. Please keep your tickets in a safe place.
- Ticket prices are subject to change without notice.
- Entry and Admission
- Tickets must be presented at the time of entry, either in paper or digital format.
- The Theatre reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, exhibits disruptive behavior, or violates the Theatre's code of conduct.
- Conduct and Behavior
- Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to excessive noise, inappropriate language, or harassment, will not be tolerated.
- Attendees may not record, photograph, or video performances without prior permission from the Theatre.
- Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the Theatre premises.
- Accessibility and Special Needs
- The Theatre strives to accommodate guests with disabilities. Please contact the Theatre box office in advance for accessibility services, including wheelchair seating, hearing assistance devices, or other special requests.
- Specific seating accommodations are subject to availability.
- Personal Property
- The Theatre is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- Large bags, backpacks, and other bulky items may be subject to search upon entry for security purposes.
- Certain items, including outside food and beverages, are not allowed inside the Theatre. Only food and beverages purchased on-site may be consumed in designated areas.
- Health and Safety
- The Theatre adheres to local health and safety guidelines, including COVID-19 protocols, and reserves the right to implement any necessary changes to ensure the well-being of all attendees.
- Attendees are responsible for following all health and safety instructions issued by the Theatre staff.
- Filming and Photography
- By attending the Theatre, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded as part of the audience or as part of promotional materials.
- Any unauthorized recording (audio or video) of a performance is prohibited and may result in the confiscation of recording devices.
- Privacy Policy
- The Theatre collects personal data for the purpose of ticket sales, marketing, and communications. Your information will be processed in accordance with the Theatre’s Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
- By purchasing a ticket or otherwise engaging with the Theatre, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data.
- Performance Changes and Cancellations
- The Theatre reserves the right to make changes to the performance schedule, including artist changes, cancellations, or alterations, due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of a change to the performance, ticket holders will be notified via email or phone, and the Theatre will provide options for exchanges or refunds as necessary.
- Liability
- The Theatre is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained while on the premises, including injuries caused by accidents or negligence.
- All attendees enter the Theatre at their own risk.
- Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England, United Kingdom.
- Modification of Terms
- The Theatre reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Theatre’s website, and your continued use of the Theatre’s services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
